We first found out about TranEvents and SysCo at a conference. We contactet them, to find out more about the solution. From the start, it was always a fast and kind communication. The team is always happy to help and trying to find good solutions. With TrainEvents we are able to have a complete statistic over all our train drivers, events and locomotives.
We have been collaborating with SysCo for a long time and use several of their applications daily. These solutions are reliable and provide concrete support for our operations and performance monitoring. Their support service is also excellent: requests are handled promptly, and the team is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
With TrainEvents and Routability, SysCo offers us innovative software solutions that make our work in operations much easier. TrainEvents in particular helps with the evaluation of train protection data required by the TSI, with automatic event detection and a very simple and intuitive operating concept. Almost all of our vehicle types are supported in this web application, which reduces our internal training costs for the respective specific solutions from data recorder manufacturers. When problems arise, the support team usually works very quickly and finds short-term solutions.
